What Does Soul Health Mean?
Soul health refers to the well-being of the deeper, eternal aspect of you—your true essence or core identity that transcends physical life.
You may feel disconnected, anxious, challenged, unsure, or curious. Something inside you seeks “more,” but it can be hard to pinpoint what that “more” is.
Your soul is in constant development. There is no “right or wrong” or “ahead or behind” on this path. Your soul is on a unique infinite ascension path, just as someone else’s soul is on its own. All paths lead towards perfected love and light.
Connecting with your soul is an ongoing process involving alignment with your deepest values, listening to your inner guidance, and fostering peace and purpose. Paying attention to your truest self can be life-altering.
How do I address my soul health?
A soul health prescription is designed to nurture your soul, encourage self-awareness, and promote a life aligned with deeper spiritual values of TRUTH, BEAUTY, and GOODNESS, where love, kindness, compassion, and authenticity are continually cultivated. When your inner world changes, your outer world reflects that transformation.
