Soul School Sisterhood
Soul School Sisterhood is a unique blend of virtual learning and in-person gatherings to discuss soulful topics and connect through creative fun. This Sisterhood bonds together over a 10 month period.
Life Chats
Life Chats is a powerful program co-facilitated by three coaches that explores different elements of Life. Each coach is unique in their own energy and brings forth a beautiful blend of experience, training, and essence. This special community grows together through trust, authenticity, and non-judgement over a 10 month period.
Private Coaching
Private Coaching offers focused attention to your needs in a non-judgemental, safe, and caring space. This option may be right for you if you prefer more privacy and flexibility in the areas of exploration that are more specific to your needs and schedule that works for us both. Private Coaching can be conducted over the telephone or over Zoom at your request.
Self-Learning
Self-Learning gives you access to 10 months worth of Zoom teachings, life coaching lessons, and inspirational stories for you to peruse and learn at your own time and pace.
Wellness Rx: A Social Prescription for Mindfulness
